Villa Garden boasts over 30 years of tradition. It is located in the very heart of the city, in the historic Old Town of Kutno, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Zduński Square, beautifully designed and renovated, has become a key point on Kutno’s cultural map. The active Center of Theater, Music, and Dance hosts many renowned artists from Poland and around the world.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Restauracja Jana building, located just 50 meters from the hotel (ul. Zduńska 11, separate building).
In a pleasant and cozy atmosphere, we serve delicious, fresh products to start your day on a high note. Our buffet offers something for everyone, ensuring your morning begins with warmth, relaxation, and great taste. The experience is completed with a cup of excellent coffee from a COSTA COFFEE machine (plant-based milk available) or a selection of teas. We invite you to enjoy a breakfast that starts your day in the most beautiful way.
Takeaway breakfast or additional meal orders are available upon request. If you have special dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us in advance – we will be happy to adapt our offer to your needs.
Practical Stay Information
- Hotel day: from 14:00 (2 PM) to 11:00 (11 AM) the following day.
- Luggage storage: complimentary storage available on the day of arrival or departure.
- Pets: small dogs and cats are welcome in selected rooms (additional fee applies).
- Quiet hours: from 22:00 (10 PM) to 06:00 (6 AM).
- Smoking policy: strictly prohibited throughout the property, including e-cigarettes (a fee applies for violations).
- Lost & Found: items are stored for 3 months and can be forwarded to the Guest's address.
Booking Cancellation
Reservations are guaranteed until 18:00 (6 PM).
No fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled up to 24 hours before the arrival date. In case of cancellation after this period or a no-show, the Guest will be charged for the first night. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to unintended force majeure events.
Parking

We invite you to Jana Restaurant, where traditional cuisine meets a touch of modernity. Operating continuously since 1991, we are proud of our 30-year tradition while constantly evolving to delight our guests.
In 2020, our team underwent professional Italian cuisine training under the guidance of the renowned Master Chef, Cesare Candido. As a result, our culinary offerings include dishes based on authentic Italian products.
Our menu features a wide variety of pastas, fresh salads, steaks, and seafood, alongside traditional Polish flavors. These local dishes are based on our grandmothers' original recipes, carefully collected over the years by our founders and culinary enthusiasts – Janina and Czesław Czajkowski.
